Directions

Bake:
Preheat oven to 325degF. Place in pan and bake 50 to 60 minutes. Bake
until center is well done, reaching 165degF** as measured with a meat
thermometer.Cooking times may vary. Instructions are based on thawed
(not frozen) product.*Do not exceed 170degF as the product will lose too
much moisture. Grill: Preheat grill. Sear 5 to 8 minutes on each side.
Grill for another 20 minutes, turning several times. Cook until center
is well done, reaching 165degF** as measured with a meat
thermometer.Cooking times may vary. Instructions are based on thawed
(not frozen) product.*Do not exceed 170degF as the product will lose too
much moisture.
