Oven Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 425oF. 2. Arrange frozen potatoes
in a single layer on an 11″x17″ baking sheet. 3. Bake according to
chart to desired color and crispness, stirring halfway through cooking

MinutesFull Baking Sheet (about 5 servings)20 to 25 Minutes Caution: Ice
crystals may cause spattering when added to hot oil. Add product
carefully.1. Preheat cooking oil in deep fryer to 375oF. Deep fryer
should be no more than half full of oil.2. Fill fryer basket no more
than half full of frozen potatoes. Use caution lowering basket into hot
oil.3. Fry 41/2 minutes or to desired color and crispness.4. Drain on
paper towels.
