than 20 years ago, our founders crafted their first batch of fresh salsa
in a 5-gallon bucket at their restaurant. We proudly continue this
tradition in our kitchen by making Garden Fresh Gourmet® refrigerated
salsa in small batches with quality ingredients to ensure the same
signature, flavorful, taste. Our Jack’s Special® Salsa is our original

Fresh Gourmet was born in a small restaurant in Ferndale, Michigan with
a simple idea: make products so good, people won’t be able to stop
eating them. Today, Garden Fresh Gourmet products are still made in
small batches using this same basic recipe: gather the best ingredients,
combine them in the perfect way, and sell them at a reasonable
