You will need to contact us for the following reasons between 10am—8pm EST. But we are here for any issue or need.
- Orders containing alcohol require an I.D. a PDF form is needed
- Wrong address on order
- Payment Issues like Venmo, Zella, Cash App (or pick COD)
- Bitcoin or Crypto payments (or pick COD)
- Are you an existing client and need help logging in
- To cancel an order
- For any reason help is needed.
Just pick cash on delivery if any issues with payments when reserving for grocery or catering services. We will call you for payment closer to your delivery date. If completing your order, we will call and figure it out within 48 hours. I you are a former client your account details are still valid we migrated them over here. Unavailable to receive delivery no problem. In the case that you can’t be there to receive your delivery in person, we will work with your property manager, real estate company, Airbnb or VRBO. We do them all. Just let us know of any changes as soon as you know. We can handle most issues rapidly.

Please note orders containing alcohol require the I.D. and signature of someone 21 or older and cannot be left unattended. This can be handled with an PDF form (preferred) or in person after delivery is made.
