Bleached Wheat Flour (Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate,
Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Yellow Corn Flour, Salt, Food Starch Modified,
Spice and Coloring, Celery, Onion Powder, Soybean Oil, Natural Flavor,
Soy Flour, Whey (Milk), Egg.
Directions
1.
Preheat oil in deep fryer to 350degF-or- 1/8 inch oil in skillet to
medium-high.2. Moisten pork chops with water. Shake off excess.3. Coat
with Breading Mix by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in
Breading Mix on plate.4. Deep dry 8–10 minutes.-or- pan fry 5–8 minutes
per side.
